PROM/ROM Program

The PROM/ROM is a DLA program in which DLA Land and Maritime buys and stocks blank or Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM) microcircuits, and programs them with their unique software or instructions upon customer demand.  Once programmed, these devices are Read Only Memory (ROM) and ready to be installed into their respective end items.  The program is managed at DLA Land and Maritime and the actual programming is performed by our Product Test Center at Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Ohio.
