Automotive Prime Vendor Worldwide (APVW)

Contract Features:

  • APVW is a program to provide a limited number of automotive NSNs that are currently non-stocked items by DLA, and CAGE and Part Number items.
  • Supplies covered include replacement parts for any manufacturer's CAGE Code listed in the contract.
    • Download a listing of APVW Manufacturer's by CAGE Code.  CAGE Codes (Use "Ctrl F" for find command)
  • The Contractor will provide price & delivery for unpriced items within 3 days.
  • Delivery times for pre-priced items (NSNs) and (PNs)  to a Consolidation and Containerization Point (CCP) are shown below:
    • IPG 1 - 2 Days
    • IPG 2 - 5 Days
    • IPG 3 - 10 Days
  • In the event your activity cannot wait for shipments to be delivered through a CCP, the Contractor (W&W) has direct delivery alternatives available. For more information about the FedEx program or other expedited delivery arrangements, contact pvogroup@saic.com
  • Input form for CAGE and P/N Requisitions must accompany all submissions for CAGE and P/N.
    Other Ordering Methods
    • Government entities with a GSA I.M.P.A.C. card may order directly from the contractor. Orders may be placed by telephone or by facsimile and will follow commercial practices to the maximum extend practicable including payment through the banking system. The fax cover sheet and order form for credit card orders are provided below:
