Fleet Automotive Support Initiative (FASI) Global

Virtual Prime Vendor Initiative

Defense Logistics Agency's Virtual Prime Vendor Initiative in Support of FASI (Fleet Automotive Supportive Initiative) Global land-based vehicles.

The primary customers are the Army and Marine Corps, including the Reserves and National Guard. However, any DoD activity with land-based vehicles is included in the program.

Vendors are reminded of the FASI Global requirement at 52.215-12 Subcontractor Cost or Pricing Data. Subcontractor C&P data is required for any sole source subcontractor with an aggregate (not per NSN) dollar value that exceeds the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold, or $650,000.

FASI-G Drawing Information

Drawings for the unrestricted and set-aside portions of FASI-G are now available by request. Vendors shall select the following email address, DSCC.FG.Drawings@dla.mil. DO NOT change the populated subject heading of this email as it could delay your request. In the text of the email, indicate the following:

  • listing(s) being requested (unrestricted, set-aside, or both)
  • vendor name
  • cage code
  • address
  • SPM7LX-06-R-0157 solicitation number
Vendors are required to complete one of the Non-Disclosure statements listed below: In addition, Colt Mfg. requires the following forms: All four (4) completed documents shall be faxed to (614) 692-6938, as indicated on the forms. The email, Non-Disclosure statements, No Foreign form and DD Form 2345 must be submitted to the Government BEFORE drawings can be released to the Vendor.

Notice to Vendors: JCP certification is required to obtain these drawings. If a Vendor is not registered, they may visit http://www.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp in order to begin the certification process. Further, it is possible that drawings, i.e., revision level, may change with the final drawing listings which will be available for request on the date of solicitation issuance.

The Vendor may send a follow up request to DSCC.FASI.Global@dla.mil if the drawing packages have not been received after 4 business days from the Vendor submitting a COMPLETED drawing request as outlined above.

Pre-Proposal Conference

NSN Information

The FASI Global solicitation is proposed as partial small business set-aside by NSN. The attachment is a listing of items for the set-aside (first tab) and unrestricted (second tab) portions of the requirement. The unrestricted listing has been corrected to reflect more accurate ADQs. No change has been made to the set-aside listing. Disclaimer: This information is subject to change. The Government makes no guarantee the solicitation will contain all 1,979 NSNs attached or that the NSNs will remain on the portion of the requirement (set-aside or unrestricted) they are currently listed.
