Note: DLA Land at Tobyhanna is authorized to directly contact any DLA business area and any individual working in any DLA business area. The responsibility of DLA Land, Tobyhanna does not extend into the daily operations of any DLA direct support business area. DLA Land at Tobyhanna provides miscellaneous administrative support.
